PACKAGES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CROCKERY, CUTLERY & UTENSILS

Buffet chafing dish setup, disposable aluminium trays, and individual packaging are available.
For disposable trays and individual packaging, plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery are provided upon request only with additional charges:
Plates & Cutlery: RM0.50 per pax
Disposable Tray: RM10 per tray/item
For food delivered in disposable packaging, serving spoons, ladles, or tongs will not be provided.

SERVING DURATION & SETUP

Food is best consumed within 3 hours of delivery.
We are not liable for food quality or contamination if consumed after the recommended time.
Tables, chairs, and canopy are not provided.
Buffet tables must be prepared in advance for us to set up the chafing dishes.
Tablecloths for buffet tables are available upon request.
Servers/manpower are not included in the package. If required, separate charges apply:
RM150 per server (covers 4 hours of service).

DELIVERY & TRANSPORTATION

Transportation charges are not included in the quoted price.
Charges will be based on the delivery distance from Betawi Indonesian Cuisine, TTDI.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

All bookings are subject to availability.
An 80% deposit is required to secure the booking within the same month.
The remaining 20% balance is payable upon delivery.
An additional 10%–20% service charge applies on public holidays, festive seasons, and peak days.
